Here is the Designing Woman for the Designer 1.  The original cross stitch pattern is by Carol Schmidt.  She gave me permission to make this available to you.

It is in two sections.  Stitch the bottom section first because it is the widest and will make lining up the top easier.  The top section is not centered in the hoop to facilitate it lining up with the bottom.  Line up the center line in the top section at the center line from the bottom section.  Use your template if necessary.  I have also put in two stops in the top section to indicate the spots where the design meets for matching.  You should have perfect alignment with these. 

Be sure to use extra stabilizer when doing this design.  It will help keep everything straight and stitch out as expected.  It is also a good idea to baste in the hoop when stitching this design.  Basting designs are available here on Jan's site.
